I'm a score of AA-CC

Even if your credit rating is between AA-CC, securing a higher loan still boils down to two essential elements that banks rely on: your NOA (Notice of Income Assessment) and your CBS score.
Even with an impressive CBS score, if your NOA doesn't meet the required criteria, you may still be ineligible for a larger loan. That's why it's crucial to maintain a strong rating—ideally between AA and BB—over the next two months, especially if we've been hired to represent you to the banks.
We advise our clients against submitting any new loan applications during this period, as each inquiry can significantly lower your score—from AA-BB down to an EE with just one move. Similarly, refrain from increasing your credit limit or requesting a self-imposed limit increase on your credit cards without our guidance, as these actions could further jeopardize your eligibility for a higher loan.
